HOW CAN I TAKE PART?

THE GUEST LIST

The Spring Summer 2010 Guest List has now closed!  Successful applicants will be informed in the next couple of weeks via email.

THE FRIDAY FIFTY

We give away 50 tickets for each Friday performance in the Theatre to the first young people who apply for each performance. Combined with our SPECIAL FX – our free early evening entertainiment in the Great Hall, and Happy Hour in the bar and Craft shop, this is a chance to try out the Exchange and our shows for free.

Tickets will be available from 12pm on each day, and can be booked via the Box Office on 0161 833 9833, or come in person.  They will be available on a first-come first served basis.

THE FIRST STAGE

This will be run by our Education Department who will work with groups such as young asylum seekers, refugees, teenagers in the autism spectrum and young people at risk of offending, to break down barriers to theatregoing, such as cost, transport, culture, language and education. If you think this is you, or if you work with groups who you feel would benefit from this opportunity, we can tell you more about how you can get involved - for more information email education@royalexchange.co.uk

You will be expected to prove you are under 26 when picking up tickets or joining one of the schemes. We will also need other details and information, in order to prove to the DCMS that we are fulfilling all the criteria of the scheme.

A Night Less Ordinary is an Arts Council England scheme in association with Metro, which will provide 618,000 free theatre tickets to anyone under 26 in more than 200 venues across England.
